The Art of Procrastination

That was supposed to my controversial essay for my English 102 class. As you could probably see, I had the heading done. And nothing else. I've been really bad about putting off my homework and every other school assignment. Usually, I'm really on top of things, but this year I just can't seem to focus on anything. It's the senioritis. Alas, the essay is now done. I just have to finish my persuasive speech by the time school starts again and I'll be completely caught up on everything. /sigh.

I've been MIA on here for over a week. A lot has happened. Finally dyed my hair; not thrilled about it. I miss the red. It's a for-sure-thing that after Regionals, the hair will once again be red.

Tuesday and I finally got the chance to finish our paperwork for housing next semester. We're Marshall bound.:) In all honesty, I can't wait to be in college. Hopefully it won't be as dramatic as high school. Plus, it'll be nice to be on my own for a while. Haha, while we were filling out our housing applications in the library, James blew up Mom's coffee mug. (Mom is Beautiful Brenda the librarian, by the way.)

It was quite interesting. Mom asked him to boil some water in the microwave. He put the cup in there for ten minutes. /facepalm. After three minutes, it started flaming and sparking and the cup shattered. Kyle was pretty upset about the whole thing because, and I'm quoting him, he "finally had the chance to use a fire extinguisher and everyone screwed it up." Shortly after, James broke the ficus.

We finally got Heidi to rap onstage!! It was a touching breakthrough. :')
That's one step closer to kicking major butt at Regionals on March 13th!

Quite the eventful week, I must say. I'd like to know how everyone's week was! Leave a comment.
